Smart Soft Power, working with Cisco Meraki, faced the challenge of migrating a fast-growing retail network to a new solution without disrupting operations. The company needed stronger security, better traffic visibility, and a platform that could scale from hundreds to thousands of locations while keeping stores open and connected.

Cisco Meraki implemented Meraki MX security and SD-WAN appliances, along with Meraki Systems Manager for mobile device management, giving Smart Soft Power centralized control across more than 900 locations and nearly 7,000 Android devices. The rollout was completed in just three months, with site migrations taking only 10–15 minutes each and no downtime or store closures, while also improving network availability, security, and independence from internet service providers.
