Case Study: Ben Bridge Jeweler achieves reliable, centrally managed Wi‑Fi and streamlined iPad POS across 75 stores with Cisco Meraki

A Cisco Meraki Case Study

Preview of the Ben Bridge Jeweler Case Study

Managing Wi-Fi networks efficiently across 75 sites with lean IT team

Ben Bridge Jeweler, a family-operated fine jewelry retailer with over 75 stores across 11 Western states, needed to replace aging routers and quickly deploy secure Wi‑Fi and point-of-sale iPads while operating with a lean IT team. They turned to Cisco Meraki and its cloud-managed Wireless LAN solution to provide centrally managed access points, remote troubleshooting, and PCI-compliant connectivity.

Cisco Meraki configured MR access points through the Meraki dashboard—using bridge mode, a single SSID with WPA2-PSK, and centrally assigned IPs—so devices plug-and-play and can be managed hands-off. The deployment delivered reliable Wi‑Fi across 75 sites managed from HQ, enabled two point-of-sale iPads in each store to help increase sales, and opened opportunities for foot-traffic analytics and branded Wi‑Fi sign-on.
