A Cisco Meraki Case Study

Managing MR, MS, MX, and MC in Wyoming, from a single dashboard in New York City

Cimaglia Productions, a creative agency that builds experiential marketing and video campaigns, was tasked with modernizing Heart Six Ranch — an authentic 83-acre dude ranch in Wyoming — to relaunch it as a luxury resort and global marketing platform. Because the property is remote (nearest store >40 miles) it needed a secure, enterprise-grade network and guest-experience tech; Cimaglia turned to Cisco Meraki products (MR, MS, MX, MC and associated Mobility Device Management, Security & SD‑WAN, Switching, and Wireless LAN) to meet those needs.

Cisco Meraki delivered a full Meraki stack across the ranch — enterprise APs, switches, MX security appliances and MC phones — all managed remotely from Cimaglia’s New York dashboard. The deployment provided site‑wide wireless across 83 acres, guest splash pages to capture emails, Bluetooth location tracking, rugged APs rated to −30°C, and automatic failover that kept services running during a fiber outage. Using Cisco Meraki’s cloud dashboard to streamline configuration and troubleshooting saved time, energy, and money, enabled reliable guest connectivity and marketing data capture, and positioned the ranch to host large groups and events.
