Cisco Meraki implemented zero‑touch provisioning of MR APs, MX appliances, MS switches, MV cameras and Systems Manager on over 600 endpoints (initially 56 MR APs, with subsequent rollouts such as 12 MR32s in a new building and an external MR72 at The Lazy Fish). Using the Meraki dashboard, the IT team now auto‑provisions APs in minutes without travel, remotely troubleshoots devices and desktops in seconds, simplifies onboarding and BYOD control, and centrally supports 42 branches—freeing time and resources and improving network reliability for hundreds of daily users.
