Case Study: Attune Hearing achieves full network visibility and faster issue resolution with Cisco Meraki

A Cisco Meraki Case Study

Preview of the Attune Hearing Case Study

IT team of 2 gets full visibility into potential network issues as they arise

Attune Hearing, an Australian audiology company with 60+ clinics and about 160 staff, faced a mixed‑vendor network with little visibility and a two‑person IT team stretched thin. They engaged Cisco Meraki and deployed Meraki MR (wireless), MS (switching), MX (security/SD‑WAN) and Systems Manager MDM to consolidate the network, gain control, and support rapid clinic expansion.

Cisco Meraki’s cloud‑managed MR APs, MS switches, MX appliances and MDM gave the small IT team centralized analytics and remote troubleshooting, enabling them to pinpoint and resolve issues in minutes rather than waiting for external support. The MX VPN plus a 4G dongle allowed new sites to join the network from Day 1 instead of waiting the typical 8–12 weeks, clinics can offer guest Wi‑Fi, and Systems Manager now manages the growing fleet of clinic computers—delivering full visibility and reliable connectivity across all 60+ sites.
