Jakintza Ikastola, a school in northern Spain serving 500+ pupils and about 50 teachers, faced an unreliable, hard-to-manage WiFi that couldn’t cope with growing device numbers and whose password was widely known in the village. Cisco Meraki deployed MR16 cloud-managed wireless access points and a simple web-based dashboard so non-ICT teachers could configure and manage a single WPA-PSK SSID. The rollout was live within a week; teachers now self-manage the network, saving IT costs, while the school enjoys secure, reliable access, zero downtime, over 150 GB of monthly traffic and more than 250 unique monthly users.
