Hub Australia, Australia’s premier workspace provider with 1,500+ members, faced a lean IT operation and inconsistent, high-packet-loss network performance across multiple offices. To deliver a secure, easy-to-manage and consistent connectivity experience for diverse customers, Hub Australia selected Cisco Meraki full stack solutions (MR, MX, MS and MV devices).

Cisco Meraki deployed preconfigured MX400 security appliances, MS250 switches, MR52 access points and MV cameras across Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide in an overnight cutover so configurations downloaded from the cloud and the network was running by the next morning. Using the Meraki cloud dashboard, traffic shaping, bandwidth allocation, alerts, a 16-camera video wall and remote management, Hub saw its poor-performing network transformed into a stable, consistent service across offices, simplified administration as the IT team grew, and faster rollout of tailored networks for customers.
