Case Study: Les Mills achieves zero‑touch global network deployment and unified visibility with Cisco Meraki

A Cisco Meraki Case Study

Preview of the Les Mills Case Study

Expanding geographic footprint with the help of a single dashboard

Les Mills, a global fitness company based in New Zealand, faced the challenge of supporting fast expansion with a very lean IT team across multiple regions. To standardize deployments and enable remote management, Les Mills chose Cisco Meraki and deployed its MR access points, MS switches, MX security appliances and EMM/Systems Manager to get a single, cloud-managed platform that could be configured centrally and managed remotely.

Cisco Meraki’s cloud-managed stack was configured in Auckland and shipped to sites as plug‑and‑play hardware, with role-based dashboard access for regional partners. The solution standardized networks across ~30 offices, enrolled more than 1,000 devices in Systems Manager, eliminated much on‑site technical effort (often no IT tickets for new office launches), improved wireless reliability for trainings and guests, and delivered a “180‑degree” improvement in visibility and troubleshooting via the Meraki dashboard.
