Case Study: CorePower Yoga achieves secure, reliable nationwide studio connectivity and streamlined IT management with Cisco Meraki

A Cisco Meraki Case Study

Preview of the CorePower Yoga Case Study

Ensuring studios across the country maintain secure and reliable connectivity

CorePower Yoga, the largest national yoga organization with 120 studios across the U.S., needed a stable, visible, and scalable network to support mobile point-of-sale, student sign-in kiosks, guest Wi‑Fi and other business-critical services. Their legacy setup suffered from poor visibility, frequent router failures and inconsistent hardware across locations, while the company planned to add 80+ studios and wanted a centrally managed solution. Cisco Meraki was chosen, using MX security appliances, MR wireless access points and Systems Manager MDM.

Cisco Meraki deployed MX60 appliances and MR16 access points at each studio, an MX100 at headquarters with site-to-site VPN, cloud-managed templates and separate SSIDs for staff and guests, plus remote MDM for company devices. The result: a 5-person IT team now manages the entire network without on-site technicians, new studio setups take less than a third of the time previously, mobile POS uptime and remote troubleshooting improved, and marketing uses guest splash pages while student sign‑in kiosks streamline billing and reporting.
