Cisco Meraki’s cloud‑managed, zero‑touch provisioning and intuitive dashboard let Shaw Business deploy and manage thousands of SmartWiFi sites remotely (with only two SKUs per order), bring sites live in minutes, and resolve most support cases in real time. The solution delivers three segregated SSIDs, integrated access to Shaw Go WiFi (hundreds of thousands of users and over 75,000 locations), customer “monitor‑only” dashboards, and actionable device analytics—resulting in rapid time‑to‑market, reduced on‑site support, and measurable customer growth and satisfaction for Shaw Business.
