A Cisco Meraki Case Study

Preview of the ANH Hausbesitz Case Study

Discreet and ubiquitous connectivity for one of the world’s most intelligent buildings

ANH Hausbesitz, the developer and building owner behind a new commercial building in Berlin called the Terrace, needed discreet, high-performance connectivity that would support smart building features without compromising the building’s aesthetics. The company wanted a solution that could make the technology nearly invisible while enabling automation, sustainability, and convenient tenant controls.

Cisco Meraki helped by providing ubiquitous Wi‑Fi and centralized network management through the Meraki dashboard, supporting the building’s smart infrastructure and future-proofing its network. The result was one of the world’s most intelligent buildings, earning a perfect 100/100 SmartScore and Platinum designation, plus Gold certification from WiredScore, with around 500 Bluetooth Low Energy sensors and app-based control of systems like lighting, blinds, elevators, and climate control.
