Eden Hotels + Resorts, an Italy‑based travel group serving more than 500,000 visitors annually across 15 locations, needed a secure, reliable network that tied offices, hotels and commercial spaces together while giving guests easy wireless access. To meet this challenge they turned to Cisco Meraki, deploying Cisco Meraki access points, switches and a UTM Security Appliance plus the Meraki cloud dashboard and Facebook WiFi for guest login.

Cisco Meraki delivered a centrally managed solution with over 30 indoor/outdoor APs, seven switches and a Security Appliance preconfigured for remote sites, mesh routing for hard‑to‑wire areas, segmented SSIDs and robust firewall/content filtering. The Meraki dashboard enables remote monitoring and automatic alerts, while Facebook WiFi drives brand awareness and frees front desk staff; the network now supports about 350 unique users daily and carried nearly 300 GB last month without disruption.
