CirrusMD implemented its Physician-first Care & Guidance pilot, a chat-first virtual primary care model with immediate physician access and automated benefit navigation. The results were strong: 100% of behavioral health encounters were met by a doctor in 60 seconds or less, care was delivered at $0 cost to employees, 40% of patients needing additional support were referred to employer-sponsored behavioral health resources, and health coaches followed up with every referred patient.
