Cirrus Link's solution utilized its MQTT modules on the Ignition platform to establish a secure gateway, transmitting data through an outbound-only firewall to Janssen's Azure IoT Hub. This architecture ensured data integrity with no loss and allowed Janssen to successfully accelerate its tech transfer and manufacture at scale in an external environment while maintaining quality and meeting social distancing requirements.
