Wenger Corporation needed a better way to manage customer interactions and email records across its Salesforce environment, especially with many custom objects and a need to keep information accessible in both Salesforce and SharePoint. By using Cirrus Insight, the team could work directly from Outlook instead of switching into Salesforce, making record updates and email filing faster and more consistent.
Cirrus Insight implemented an inbox-based CRM workflow that respected Wenger’s Salesforce setup and automatically stored information in both Salesforce and SharePoint. The results were significant: Wenger expected close to 80 employees to save about 30 minutes a day each, totaling around 40 hours saved per day across the organization, while also improving retrieval of shared content through systematic filing.
