Swarovski Produced Studio Quality Content to Build Creative Community

Swarovski wanted to grow its Create Your Style community by enriching it with authentic DIY and lifestyle content, while also increasing engagement and followers on its branded Instagram channel. The Cirqle supported this effort by helping Swarovski expand its creative community and strengthen its direct conversation with customers.

The Cirqle partnered with 14 DIY and fashion creators to produce 94 pieces of branded Instagram content, adapting the message during COVID-19 to a “Celebration of Home” theme. The campaign delivered over 841K impressions, generated 38,741 engagements and 2,000 site clicks, achieved a 4.5% average engagement rate, and drove 11% follower growth, with performance surpassing engagement and impression KPIs by 183%.
