CitizenM, the global hotel chain, faced the challenge of launching its new Geneva property during COVID-19 when traditional influencer launch parties weren’t possible. They engaged The Cirqle to use its creator platform and share platform to find and brief influencers to generate awareness and drive booking intent for the new hotel.

The Cirqle invited five influencers for two-night stays who produced 23 Instagram posts, stories and reels that were amplified across Switzerland and nearby markets. The campaign delivered rapid creative content and strong results for CitizenM: 2,000,000 impressions in 14 days, a 7% engagement rate and a reported 238,000 return on investment.
