TAFE SA - Customer Case Study

TAFE SA, South Australia’s largest vocational education provider (1,300+ courses to ~80,000 students annually), faced an end-of-life service management platform and growing online student demand. As a Microsoft-centered organisation they wanted to leverage Service Manager for cohesion and cost savings, while addressing rising manual effort, fragmented service offerings and a lack of hardware/software asset and licensing controls.

Working with Systemology, TAFE SA adopted the Cireson Business Management Solution in phases, beginning with the Self-Service Portal and later adding My Active Work Items, Group Assign, Preview Pane and Cireson Asset Management. Dynamic forms reduced 75 offerings to about 30, automation (Service Manager + Orchestrator) streamlined many end-to-end requests, and analysts gained a single-screen workflow—resulting in a more intuitive experience, time savings, better asset/license visibility and measurable cost efficiencies.
