St. Margaret’s Hospice Manages Assets On the Go Thanks to Cireson Solutions

St. Margaret’s Hospice is a UK charity caring for people with life-limiting illnesses; its five-person IT team supports 350–700 staff and volunteers across multiple locations and manages about 350 devices. After finding ManageEngine’s asset capabilities lacking and discovering Microsoft System Center Service Manager difficult to customize, the hospice engaged Cireson to deliver a more manageable platform that would enable effective request handling, comprehensive asset tracking, and a self-service portal.

Cireson’s solution added a clearer View Builder for prioritization, Asset Management with Asset Barcode for mobile tagging and reassignment, and a 24x7 Self-Service Portal, integrated with existing System Center products. The result was improved visibility of essential information, faster and more accurate mobile asset updates, reduced administration time and costs, and empowered users who can submit requests and access services anytime.
