Perkins Coie LLP is a global law firm with over 1,000 lawyers, 16 U.S. and 2 international offices, and an IT organization of about 90 professionals supporting 2,500+ users and 4,500+ devices. The firm needed to replace an aging BMC Remedy setup with a more automated, cost-effective platform (System Center Service Manager) to remove manual data-entry steps, improve reporting, and integrate automation across tools.

Perkins Coie partnered with Cireson to provide intuitive, customizable interfaces and apps on top of Service Manager. The solution streamlined record keeping, eliminated manual email-based data entry, boosted IT productivity, and is now being piloted by non-IT teams (marketing) with plans to roll out a Self-Service Portal across the firm to centralize IT and non-IT requests.
