RTVSLO, Slovenia’s national public broadcaster with 28 IT staff supporting about 2,000 users and 1,700 devices, needed a cost‑effective way to expand help desk capacity and move from paper-based records to an electronic system. Budget limits made additional BMC Remedy licenses difficult, Service Manager’s reporting and localization were inadequate, and the team needed a Slovenian interface and documentation to avoid time‑consuming translations.

Cireson’s apps and language pack centralized workflows in a simple portal, provided out‑of‑the‑box Slovenian localization, and automated registration, organization and reporting of help desk requests—enabling a paperless IT system. RTVSLO implemented the solution with internal resources in about two months, saw faster user training, increased staff productivity, and reduced licensing impact by leveraging Microsoft’s Enterprise Agreement.
