A Cireson Case Study
Kitsap Credit Union, a Bremerton, Washington–based financial institution supporting about 300 users across 17 locations with a 12-person IT team, was struggling with a disjointed, homegrown help-desk made up of four systems and a slow, Silverlight‑based Service Manager portal. The existing setup lacked features, was inconsistent across departments, and prevented management from easily seeing requests across teams.
In April 2016 Kitsap integrated the Cireson Portal with Service Manager, deploying the apps quickly with minimal issues. The new browser-based front end centralized ticket submission, automated routing to the right teams, and gave managers a comprehensive view of requests. The result: noticeably faster performance, higher productivity, and strong user adoption (about 95% of users preferring Cireson’s portal).
