Crossness Engines Trust creates a 4K virtual guided tour with Circus

Crossness Engines Trust, a historic preservation trust, wanted to offer paid online guided tours of its Victorian pumping station to international visitors. They needed an innovative and high-quality virtual experience to replicate an in-person visit. They engaged Circus to create this virtual tour service.

Circus combined drone footage and high-resolution 360 photography to capture the site. They built a sequential tour with a navigation UI, animated hotspots, and before/after transitions. The solution also included a dynamic 4K drone video and a Virtual Reality flythrough. The end clients were delighted with the final product, praising Circus for their accessibility and the excellent quality of the visuals.
