How we helped EstateGuru launch their own private affiliate program and connect to the best possible traffic sources

EstateGuru, a leading European marketplace for property‑backed loans, needed to scale performance marketing by launching an in‑house affiliate program, consolidating and comparing traffic sources, motivating partners with compact tools, and simplifying payments. To meet these needs, EstateGuru partnered with Circlewise and adopted the Circlewise affiliate platform/technology to run and manage their program.

Circlewise launched EstateGuru’s affiliate program in July 2017, providing tracking, publisher performance comparison, KPI insights, optimization tools and a payment module; publishers began driving traffic immediately. In the first 90 days after each new investor’s registration the program delivered 250 active traffic sources, 5,600 new investor registrations and €6.5M in investments generated on Circlewise, with ongoing monthly growth and a steady stream of new channels.
