DUKA, a Scandinavian-style interior and kitchenware brand, faced a sudden shift to online sales after closing over 60 retail shops in spring 2020. To protect Q4 revenue ahead of Black Friday and the holiday season, DUKA partnered with Circlewise and used Circlewise’s Partnership Hub to rapidly build an in‑house partner (affiliate) program.
Circlewise implemented tracking technology, access to a publisher marketplace, publisher recruitment and full partner management, plus media buying and ongoing optimization, effectively becoming an extension of DUKA’s marketing team. As a result, DUKA saw a 300% increase in affiliate-channel income, 400% growth in active publishers, and 50% lower partner-program maintenance costs versus an external affiliate network.
