Ground X turns to CircleCI to set up new services faster, with far fewer bugs and issues

Ground X, the blockchain subsidiary of Kakao, needed a better way to scale new services and applications while improving developer support. With limited automated testing and unreliable builds, its DevOps team struggled to onboard new projects, manage CI/CD, and avoid time-consuming deployment issues.

Ground X switched from Jenkins to CircleCI and adopted CircleCI orbs to standardize workflows, automate builds, and improve image publishing and translation management. With CircleCI, new service setup time dropped from several days to about an hour, flaky build issues were reduced, and the team gained higher confidence in test results while spending less time managing CI/CD infrastructure.
