Baracoda, a daily healthtech pioneer building connected products and an AIoT platform, needed a faster CI/CD solution to support its fail-fast engineering model and move to a monorepo architecture. Using its self-hosted Jenkins setup, the team faced slow builds, complex maintenance, and limited ability to test and integrate changes quickly across projects.

CircleCI helped Baracoda migrate from Jenkins without losing key platform features and enabled it to manage a large monorepo with tools like caching, self-hosted runners, Docker layer caching, and parallelism. With CircleCI, Baracoda cut build times from 40 minutes to over an hour down to under 20 minutes, and now runs nearly 50 instances in parallel, freeing engineers to focus on higher-value work.
