How Whoggga created a seamless member experience that elevated their brand with Circle Plus

Whoggga is a business networking community for owners that wanted to deliver a more premium, relationship-driven member experience. As they grew on Circle, they ran into friction: prospects had to be told to download the Circle app instead of a Whoggga-branded one, and their manual, top-down vetting process was time-consuming and hard to scale.

With Circle Plus, Whoggga launched a custom branded mobile app that made onboarding seamless, moved members straight into the vetting flow, and automated much of the approval process. Circle helped Whoggga create a community-led, always-on experience that better reflected their brand, with measurable results including 90% Monthly Active Users, 3x higher MAU than average for similar communities, 177 hours spent in the app in one month, and 2x growth / 150% community growth in under a year.
