Breakthrough Facilitation, founded by Gwyn Wansbrough, had to quickly pivot from in-person facilitation training to virtual delivery when the pandemic hit. As a new entrepreneur, Gwyn was skeptical that meaningful group learning could happen online, but she needed a way to keep her training business moving and create engaging experiences for participants.

Using Circle, Breakthrough Facilitation built an all-in-one community and cohort-based learning space to host course content, live sessions, recordings, resources, and peer discussion in one place. Circle helped Gwyn scale her virtual training model and deliver a highly interactive experience, with the community now supporting 5 cohorts, 20 spaces, and 178+ members, and over 1,350 students helped through the program.
