A Circl Case Study
Uber used Circl to help its London Greenlight Hub team close the gap between strong individual performance and readiness for leadership roles. Although the team had high-potential employees, the fast-paced environment left little room for structured development or practice, and traditional training had not given them enough real-world coaching experience.
Circl delivered a coaching programme that combined expert-led learning with weekly 1-2-1 Zoom sessions between 12 Uber participants and young Future Leaders from underrepresented backgrounds. The result was stronger coaching and leadership skills, improved team communication and customer interactions, and higher engagement; 6 team members were promoted in the months after the programme, including 5 Circl participants, while London Greenlight Hub customer satisfaction also rose and eventually outperformed other UK locations.
