Giving Managers an Unforgettable Experience

Facebook wanted a more engaging way to develop managers beyond standard top-down leadership courses. The Workplace team looked for a mission-driven learning experience that would help employees grow as leaders, build community, and gain practical skills they could use both inside and outside the office, so they turned to Circl and its Leadership Programme.

Circl delivered a bottom-up leadership programme that paired Facebook managers with young adults from diverse backgrounds, using reverse coaching and real-world coaching experiences to build empathy, inclusion, and confidence. Participants reported immediate, practical value and became better communicators and managers, while Facebook also identified emerging talent and integrated the Circl Leadership Programme into its ongoing learning and development strategy.
