Developing Inclusive Leaders Who Coach

Landsec, one of the UK’s leading real estate companies, wanted to strengthen inclusive leadership and coaching skills across its management team in support of its D&I strategy. To do this, Landsec partnered with Circl and enrolled managers in Circl’s inclusive leadership development programme.

Circl delivered a blended programme combining theory sessions with one-to-one coaching matches between Landsec managers and underrepresented young adults. The results were highly positive: 100% of participating professionals said they understood young people better, managers reported using more open questions and a more coaching-led style with their teams, and all Future Leaders said they gained confidence meeting new people, with 90% forming a useful professional contact through the programme.
