Meta worked with Circl to strengthen communication and leadership skills among its employees, particularly new starters, senior managers, and C-suite leaders. Through Circl’s leadership development and coaching programmes, Meta also wanted to continue its positive experience of helping underrepresented young people while building more effective managers and communicators.
Circl matched Meta and Workplace from Meta employees with underrepresented students in a 12-week coaching programme focused on active listening, asking powerful questions, and structuring coaching conversations. The results were strong: participants rated their coaching knowledge 5/10 at the start and 9/10 by the end, 93% said working with a young person strengthened their learning, 85% felt better equipped to empower team members, and 100% of Future Leaders said the programme improved their leadership skills and confidence.
