Innovative Italian Manufacturer, Goriziane Syncs Corporate Contacts Automatically to Smartphones

walk2talk, an IT consulting company, was assisting its client Goriziane, an Italian manufacturer for the energy, defense, and transport industries. The client's mobile and production-floor employees needed access to the company's corporate contacts but were hindered because Office 365 lacked a global address list (GAL) sync for smartphones, leaving them with outdated contacts or no access in areas with no wireless connection.

The vendor Cira Apps Ltd implemented its CiraSync solution to automatically sync Office 365 contacts to employee smartphones. This provided all staff with complete, up-to-date contacts directly on their devices, which significantly increased productivity. The cloud-based solution from CiraSync was deployed quickly to approximately 60 users and integrated seamlessly into walk2talk’s existing Microsoft package for the client.
