Case Study: University of Exeter boosts manager wellbeing support with CIPHR and Marshalls eLearning

A CIPHR Case Study

University of Exeter co-creates wellbeing eLearning with CIPHR, with 33% completion

The University of Exeter faced a challenge in addressing employee stress and wanted to create a bespoke eLearning course to help its people managers better support team wellbeing. They partnered with CIPHR to develop this evidence-based solution, which needed to reflect the specific pressures of the higher education sector.

CIPHR collaborated with the university to co-create the "Supporting the mental wellbeing of your team" course, supplying digital and content-creation expertise. This course became a major part of the university's employee wellbeing programme, which won the 2023 UHR Award for Wellbeing. By summer 2023, 33% of the 731 managers enrolled had already completed the course.
