S4C - Customer Case Study

S4C, the only Welsh-language TV channel with about 137 employees, needed to replace slow, paper-based HR processes after an organisational restructure. The HR team wanted a bilingual, fully branded SaaS system to centralise employee data, handle Time Off In Lieu (TOIL), improve reporting and ensure secure, remotely accessible people data.

They selected CIPHR and, with dedicated consultancy and training, migrated records in-house and rolled the system out to staff. CIPHR’s TOIL tools and reporting made leave tracking and FTE calculations fast and accurate, staff adoption was high, and the HR team maintained and improved processes despite budget and headcount cuts.
