A CIPHR Case Study
Prudential, a global multinational finance company, needed to provide unconscious bias training to its diverse, multinational workforce. The challenge for vendor CIPHR was to create a bespoke course for global rollout that would be adapted and translated into multiple languages while accounting for differing equality legislation across various territories.
CIPHR partnered with industry experts to design a solution featuring custom scenarios and interactive exercises. They developed a portal where learners could select their preferred language. The course was successfully deployed with very high uptake, and feedback from learners reported it was informative, fun, and genuinely useful.
