Lebara, a European mobile operator with 1,200 employees across eight countries and a multilingual service desk, needed a straightforward HR platform to manage data and payroll for more than 1,000 staff in Europe while preparing for RTI and auto-enrolment. The team faced limited time for training and inherited a complex payroll setup that required clearer back-end visibility and better reporting.
Lebara implemented CIPHR+ with Paylink (ESL) payroll integration, supported by CIPHR’s Service Pack, Service Desk and consultancy days, plus targeted Report Designer training. The intuitive system and expert support enabled rapid user adoption, allowed the HR team to self-manage payroll and reporting, reduced paper and G&A costs, increased efficiency, and improved readiness for compliance and further expansion (including OrgPlus and Australian payroll plans).
