Lawn Tennis Association - Customer Case Study

The Lawn Tennis Association (LTA), the governing body for tennis in Great Britain founded in 1888, oversees coaching and 22 courts with a mission to get more people playing more often. When HR Service Delivery Manager Alayna Dore reviewed existing processes she found fragmented trackers, under-used functionality and a time-consuming recruitment and payroll workflow (around 15–20 live vacancies at any time), creating administrative bottlenecks and limited reporting.

By rolling out CIPHR Net (Advantage Point), CIPHR iRecruit, Notifications, a CIPHR Service Pack and an upcoming Paylink to payroll, the LTA moved to self-service employee records, automated payslip/P60 access, streamlined holiday and recruitment workflows and improved reporting. The changes cut administrative effort (saving at least half an admin FTE per month and up to a day of work monthly once Paylink is live), improved candidate and manager experience, and delivered faster, more accurate HR information with ongoing CIPHR support and training.
