Kiwi Power is a global distributed-energy platform working in 10+ countries with around 75 employees and contractors. Its tiny HR team struggled with paper forms, emails and spreadsheets, no single source of truth or HR reporting, and time-consuming manual onboarding and compliance processes that limited insight and scalability.
Kiwi Power implemented CIPHR’s configurable HRIS, with owner-led implementation and features like electronic onboarding, role-based access and self-service. The rollout centralised HR data, streamlined administration (especially during remote working), enabled planned management reporting and audit-ready compliance checks, and has begun to free the team to focus on insights and strategic HR activities.
