Case Study: King’s College London promotes diversity and inclusion with Ciphr eLearning

A CIPHR Case Study

King’s College London boosts inclusion training with CIPHR, reaching 3,639 students

King’s College London collaborated with CIPHR to develop a bespoke eLearning course promoting diversity and inclusion for its student body. The challenge was to create an authentic and effective online training program that would equip students with the skills to thrive in a globalized environment.

CIPHR worked with King’s academics to build the "Professional skills for a globalised world" course, which featured real student experiences and was embedded within the university's Moodle environment. The solution delivered measurable results: over 3,600 students completed the pilot, with 85% agreeing they would recommend it. CIPHR's course also demonstrated a positive effect on student attitudes through pre- and post-course questionnaires.
