Pro-Direct, the world’s largest multi-sports retail specialist in e-commerce, needed a more flexible HR system than its payroll-based setup could provide. Its HR team was limited by spreadsheets, lacked self-service and reporting, and needed a solution that could grow with the business while aligning with the Pro-Direct brand. CIPHR was chosen to support these needs.
CIPHR implemented an HR platform called “People Hub” with self-service, reporting, payroll integration, mobile access, onboarding, and workflow automation. The results included faster reporting, better data visibility, improved employee engagement, and less HR admin; payroll information gathering was reduced by about 80%, saving about a week and a half each month. CIPHR also helped Pro-Direct streamline processes, improve accuracy, and free HR to focus on more strategic work.
