Dramatic change of direction puts Gallions on course for HR efficiency in Partnerships with CIPHR

Gallions Housing Association is a London-based landlord managing over 6,000 homes with a staff of more than 200. Five years ago the HR team undertook a major review to better understand and exploit their long‑standing CIPHR platform, aiming to remove paper, automate processes, improve data protection and reduce repetitive admin that was slowing the service.

Working with CIPHR, Gallions moved to SaaS, digitised personnel files into CIPHR’s document filer, rolled out self-service for holiday and data updates, and implemented CIPHR Notifications and the Training module. The result was a paperless HR function, centralised training records, fewer manual errors and significantly reduced administrative burden—freeing HR capacity, enabling headcount efficiencies and establishing an ongoing consultative relationship with CIPHR.
