A CIPHR Case Study
The City of Glasgow College sought to embed equality and diversity into its culture and counter issues like racism and unconscious bias amongst its students and staff. The college partnered with CIPHR, which provided a bespoke mobile-responsive eLearning course to meet this challenge.
CIPHR developed and implemented a customized equality and diversity training course that was accessible on all device platforms via the college's Virtual Learning Environment. This solution was taken by over 2,500 registered students and was very well received. The training had a significant positive impact on the college's culture, with Education Scotland highlighting its positive influence on staff and learning. A staff member noted that equality and diversity had become embedded in the culture and not just a tick-box exercise.
