CIPHR spells improved processes and systems for Dyslexia Action

Dyslexia Action, a UK charity supporting people with dyslexia and related learning difficulties, was managing HR across multiple sites with spreadsheets and a separate payroll system for 300+ staff, volunteers and contractors. The organisation needed a single source of people data with self‑service, better reporting and integrated payroll to reduce manual effort and errors.

CIPHR was deployed alongside outsourced payroll (PBS), CIPHR Timesheets, Notifications, online payslips and a photo staff directory, streamlining data flow and automating onboarding and communications. The changes halved payroll resource needs, cut time and paper, improved reporting and staff experience, and freed HR to develop a People Strategy.
