BorgWarner is a global leader in powertrain solutions with 60 facilities in 18 countries and around 19,100 employees. The company needed to replace fragmented HR systems that caused data duplication, limited access, and a heavy administrative burden (manual leave spreadsheets and difficult reporting). Their goals were greater functionality, flexibility, improved data security, and easier access via a SaaS solution.

BorgWarner implemented CIPHR as a central HR hub, moving to a SaaS environment to enable secure, anywhere access and seamless integration with other software. The change removed duplicate data issues, shifted support responsibility to the CIPHR Service Desk, reduced manual administration and simplified reporting, and paved the way for further gains from planned self-service rollout with CIPHR Net.
