They required an affordable, engaging, and efficient solution suitable for time-pressed employees across all departments.

CIPHR collaborated with Bedfordshire Police to develop a bespoke, interactive five-part eLearning course on unconscious bias. The solution blended realistic scenarios, visual animations, and interactive surveys to ensure high engagement. The results were impressive, with 217 staff members taking the course and achieving an 87% completion rate. Furthermore, this partnership led CIPHR to develop a new product now available to all UK police forces.
