Air Business is a 30-year-old logistics firm with four sites in the south of England and around 400 employees. Air Business implemented CIPHR in a three-month rollout with on-site workshops and training. CIPHR’s self-service, absence management and reporting tools (200 standard reports plus custom options) replaced paperwork and manual processes, cutting report production from half a day to about 10 minutes, improving absence control with automated alerts, reducing administrative burden, and increasing manager and employee engagement; ongoing support is provided via training materials and the CIPHR Service Desk.
