Pick My Postcode, a UK-based online lottery, wanted to add engaging survey opportunities for its 200,000+ daily users to its platform. The challenge was to find a way to consistently provide these surveys as a seamless part of the user experience. They turned to Cint and implemented an API integration with Lucid, a Cint Group company, to access available surveys directly from the exchange.

The solution from Cint enabled a gamified approach where users earn bonuses for completing surveys. This led to remarkably high user engagement and exceptionally high-quality data, resulting in a very low reconciliation rate of 1.12%. This success provided Pick My Postcode with a new revenue stream and even inspired them to launch a new insights platform, Find Out Now, which now delivers 100,000 micro-survey responses daily.
