Leidos, a government technology company, faced the challenge of providing distinct video knowledge environments for product education, customer training, and internal knowledge retention for its IQ CRM platform. The audiences, access rules, and operating teams for each were different, and a single, generic portal was not a suitable solution. They turned to the vendor Cincopa to implement a structured system.

The solution implemented by Cincopa involved creating three dedicated subaccounts: one for embedded product education, another for a public customer training portal, and a third for a private internal knowledge hub. This multi-environment approach allowed for separate delivery models and operators. The results included a consolidated system of approximately 600 videos and 350+ documents across the environments, enabling structured learning, secure internal knowledge retention, and the use of VideoGPT for faster content retrieval.
